I just bought my first home and would like to let everyone know about my experience. Buying a house is a very scary thing to do especially when you don’t know what to expect and all of the processes involved. The one constant I had in my search was a Realtor named Jerry Pierce. I had known Jerry for a long time before I decided to purchase a home which helped me decide that he was the right person for the job.
My search led me to look at homes through the internet as well as walking through homes that I was interested in. Some of these homes I was interested in and some I was not, but Jerry listened to me and did not waste my time trying to sell me a home I did not like, instead he focused on the homes that I did like. I would say that the one thing that impressed me the most about Jerry was his accessibility. I was working full time as well as enrolled as a student in college so the time I spent looking for a home was on a tight schedule and Jerry was always willing to work around it. As a first time home buyer I had many questions, and Jerry always went out of his way to give me answers quickly in a timely manner.
I am very happy that I had Jerry on my side when I decided to purchase my first home.
